Another awesome remix. The US soundtrack of Sonic CD doesn't get much love compared to its Japanese counterpart. Kind of a shame, since it's very underrated, at least in my book.

You can blame Sonic.exe for making the the US music feel more like a creepypasta. A clichéd overused creepypasta. I do admit there is some good US music but some like Metallic Madness Present is just flat out awful. I do sometimes wonder what was going on behind the scenes to make Sega of America think the Japanese/European soundtrack wouldn't suit American homes. I am certain the reasoning is online somewhere.

yes, YES SO MUCH YES US for palmtree panic (jp in bad future) US for collision chaos JP for tidal tempest JP in quartz quadrant (us for bad future) (bit of a hot take i think) but JP in Wacky Workbench Stardust speedway uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh both soundtracks are amazing idk, maybe i'd do this: US in present Jp in bad future US in metal sonic race (good future theme if you made a good future in stardust speedway) Jp in good future and for past KMT's custom US past remix. In mettallic madness it's also a hard choice, i think that in act 1, I'd have the jp music for present, in act 2 there would be the us music playing (present) But for the rest of the mettallic madness songs, it would be us INCLUDING Kmt's custom made past remix. And for boss theme screw it i don't like either so we're going with the sonic 2 hd boss theme :/

finally a sonic cd us soundtrack remade in genesis i really love that theres finally an us remix that isnt with that majin joke also in my opinion the us theme its superior than the jp soundtrack in collision chaos,tidal tempest wacky worckbench,stardust speedway and metallic madness but the jp soundtrack its still good but no as good as the incredible us soundtrack specially when it comes to the bad future
