Too be honest, I was already happy with the 2.0 update but since the 3.0 update is coming up, I've seen how many things are getting changed and it's kinda bringing the feeling of the mod with the new sprites and new things

I think the only thing between the original and redone Sonic.exe, i think the redone Sonic.exe has no insides or organs inside his mouth,has sharper teeth, stance looking the same, the style seem really perfect, while the original looks just looks bit creepy and for both Pixelated Sonic.exe original and redone looks pretty much the same but still stellar cover Serkoid

to be honest i prefer the original here. while the redone version is technically superior, it just isn’t as snappy in my opinion, which makes it not as fitting for you can’t run or hill of the void in my opinion. i do really like the forward pose for the redone version though, it fits sonic.exe very well and i wish the original design had something like that for the forward pose

Man, this cover sounds really good. Loved how you somehow made it sound the same as the original song for both sides. If you don’t mind me asking, how do you replicate the voices so well? I wanna get into making covers myself but I’m unable to make them sound good when replicated, incase I want to change boyfriend but not the opponent.

While the redone version is spookier as many say, his proportions don't feel right to me with his bigger body, head and all, not to mention the smoother animations just aren't doing it for me. I personally prefer the original version more since he's more scarier fot me and his janky and quick animations are much more cooler to look at (though it does make him look goofy). Both are good in their own ways though I'll give it that, the redone version's artwork is astounding and he looks threatening in his poses. Needless to say, I prefer the original but the redone design has its merits.

Redone version of YCR sonic.exe being bigger honestly does scare me abit more then the 2.0 version so I'd give it a pass for the big proportions part but whatever my opinion your opinion everybody has one

Tbh the only thing I like more from the redone one is the forward sprite. Other than that it feels weirdly goofy due to the smoothness and crazy big proportions

I LOVE the artstyle for the new one I also love the sprites, but I think the down pose should of been kept like the same, also the jankier movement in my opinion is better. The idle in the new one feels stiff? Robotic but not like in a good way, but other than that I really love this remaster.

I kinda prefer the version where sonic looks like he’s dancing. It shows off more of Sonic.exe’s obsession with sonic. My little theory is that since BF has a mohnkee brain, he wouldn’t be able to register that he’s in danger. So BF would say something about how he thought Sonic would be cooler and that he already won the rap battle. So the over the top track (that goes hard), the dancing, flashing lights, game transition, it all makes sense for Sonic.exe to do that in an attempt to mimic Sonic. It kinda fits a second stage fight till he’s goes berserk and makes triple trouble

The idle could definitely use some work, and I feel the redone one is a bit big compared to the original, could probably sized down a notch. Besides that though everything else looks way better, good work!

My only issue with you can’t run is really just: it feels less like a phase 2 and more of a second song, considering how sonic.exe just has the same design but different poses 3.0 is fixing that and making it feel more like a phase 2 by adding in the xenophane crystals coming out and the blood on his fingers

The genesis sprite always confused me since it doesn't quite make sense He has normal eyes yet he still has the gaps in his mouth sure you could make the argument that it's supposed to look fake like the faker sonic However faker sonic is supposed to be designed that way as its supposed to look like sonic but with small alterations in his design to make him uncanny

someone finally does a fanmade sprite well, im still looking forward to the 3.0 sprites but the redesign nails the creepypasta really well. the idle could use work, but besides that everything is fluid and the sprite being bigger fits the menacingness of sonic.exe
