The Shadow mods keep getting better! Love the animation work you added this time. I was messing around in photo mode awhile seeing all his new animations and the small fangs. xD
This is the 3rd time I played a Shadow mod in Frontiers. What can I say they keep getting better. I LOVE how they made the Sonic Adventure 2 Battle Art box pose, his jump animation off a rail! :D
I wished we had a sonic mod with sonic adventure 2 run animation. Was way cooler then the new ones. It actually looked like fast running now days sonics runanimation not fit his speed.
They made the right call not to change any of the combat animations (if they even could). The combat style of this game seems much closer to what you'd expect from Shadow.
Mephiles and Infinite are just top tier comedy. 😂 I like how Shadow went full Ninja Gaiden on Mephiles. Jeez man, you cornered Knight hard, he was getting shot up, like the one guy during a online match
Shadow really hired mephilies and infinite to replace bosses and make shadow frontiers the best one. Infinite: God I hate being defeat so much. Mephilies: Me to. *They both quit*
Jason Griffith and I Am All Of Me. THIS is the TRUE Shadow. Also it makes a million times more sense that Shadow have all these energy powers than Sonic. Also, both Hyper and Super Shadow in 1 game? YES!
@@thegamingwolfkingofthemult37 Honestly. While the beta looks cool. It's something I personally see as more of a hyper form for Shadow. In fact I think that's what inspired the modern hyper form for Sonic to BE silver. But I'm use to the final one we got with it's cream color. So yea, while beta looks awesome in this mod, I'm going with final.
when is there gonna be mods that changes movesets. i dont mean re-colours or visual changes i mean stuff like being able to stop time and throw chaos spears etc
I do want Shadow to join Sonic Frontiers. He would explode Kronos Island with Rouge, Ares Island with Blaze, Chaos Island with E-123, and Rhea Island with Sliver. He would follow Sonic, who separated from his friends in the portal from island to island. He would help him on Ouranos Island after got saved by his friends from his corruption.
While I do agree this Shadow mod is definitely top tier, I think the one for Sonic 2020 infinity engine is better, with the one from the Sonic 06 Remake coming at a close second. They both showcase shadow's unique powers and abilities. This one you can tell is a mod as it only showcases Shadow's image and running form somewhat.
Looks fantastic, so far so good! Besides wallrunning clearly not being finished yet, I only have two gripes with this mod. *1.* Shadow's skating animation is too... quick, if that makes sense? Like the rate at which he swaps feet is too fast. I'd tone it down a bit to be closer to Shadow Generations or Sonic Forces. It looks pretty goofy as it is right now. *2.* The dreaded Forces style jumpball. I admit it, this one is entirely subjective and personal unlike the skating animations. I've never been a fan of the Forces jumpball (nor SA1 nor Lost World, for that matter). I strongly prefer it when the characters visibly curl up into a ball and have a semi-transparent aura around them, like in Generations and Heroes.
Did you see the Google Translate mod? I tried it out and struggled keeping a straight face while playing around with it. The menus were already hilarious but then I decided to check a cutscene and hoo boy. 😂
@@sonicovertime It really is, I'm almost tempted to try a new playthrough with it and see how long I can go without cracking up but I fear I would bust a lung within the opening cutscenes.
The Silver color is a reference to SA2, as Shadows super form in that game has something of a silvery look to it, which when updated in the future is why it’s a cream yellow color as opposed to pure yellow like super Sonic
