This is a video from me, DarkspinesSonic A.K.A Da1AndOnlySonic, showing an S-Rank battle against Hard Mode Time Eater on Sonic Generations for the PC. This is the last of many S-Rank videos to come for Sonic's 20th Anniversary celebration video game, which will include every act as well as every boss and rival (both on hard mode). Enjoy! ^_^

The drills made by the dimensional being known as “Time Eater” being made of energy and by Eggman’s command seem to take a pattern that involves its direction changing towards your position in an attempt to damage you, or at least to slow you down, and we repeatedly wish to remind about that fact in order to ensure you a victory

Still remember this fight...I was honestly expecting Peppy from Star Fox to come out and say, "Do a Barrel Roll!!" because of how much your friends won't shut up..

Time Eater on Hard Mode's really not all that harder than on Normal Mode, but it was still a pain in the ass getting the Can't Touch This Achievement =P Anyways... Awesome video! =D

@PhazonElitist It truly was, this was actually the first Sonic game where I actually sounded like a Sonic fan. Too many city levels, final level was crap, final boss sucked unlike any other not to mention the game didn't even have a theme, and did a monkey write the story? I was expecting a Sonic Unleashed quality story...

the nly thing good about the 2D angle is that you would be able to see where the rings are in case you lost all of them.

Samothethief is porting the Sonic Unleashed stages to Generations foe PC so if you ever run out of Sonic Generation video ideas, maybe you can do the ported Unleashed stages. It's not finished yet though. Maybe you can go Super Sonic on the stages or not.

@LunarSonic Finally! Someone who understands that I think sega put too much city levels. I think the shouldve taken out Rooftop Run and put Holoska for an ice stage. Or atleast either Chunan or Adabat

I don't get it, when I hold down the boost button, I barely get any closer to the Time Eater, but you closed the gap so quickly. Am I missing something?
