One of the most interesting landmarks in the world, Never Lake, is experiencing its signature event, the appearance of Little Planet, a world where time flows differently then in our world. After realizing that the Little Planet was soon to appear over Never Lake that day, Sonic decides to go look at the spectacle, he needs something to keep his mind off of things. However once he arrives, he saw something he was not expecting to see, a completely robotic Little Planet chained to a mountain, this could've only been done by one person, Dr. Robotnik! Now Sonic has to stop the evil Eggman and collect the mystical Time Stones to erase this part of history, save Little Planet, and South Island!
