SONIC LOST WORLD : Improvement Mod 

Any chance sonic's air speed can be improved as well? It looks like it breaks his momentum kind of. Other than that this is looking fantaaassssssiicccooooo!

I will still standby that Lost World 3ds has better movement physics than the WiiU/PC versions. The 3Ds spindash carries speed into aerial movement so you can launch yourself pretty far off a spindash. This also applys to when you go up a slope so that horizontal speed gets converted into pretty insane vertical speed. Also the wallrunning is either straight horizontal lines or directly upwards so with careful manuvering you can easily cheese some stages mechanics. Give me your rebuttals please cuz i wanna know which game's physics are better

I absolutely love sonic lost world. Even though it had a really wasteful potential on its story, it would be nice if this got a switch port or if this type of gameplay was used again.

Wow, this actually looks kind of fun! I got this game back when it had a noticeably reduced price, but now I can finally enjoy it! Can not wait to try this out. The speed also makes the level design look way more fun.

I finished playing through sonic lost world several months ago, and after seeing the problems this mod seems to fix... I want to cry tears of joy, but this game has hurt me too much to do so...

I think he's a little too fast for these levels, honestly. Sonic may have been slow in the original version, but the level design was built around the way Sonic controlled.

I would like to see the Super Sonic mouth fix mod combined into this mod. I would also like to see the following changes: 1. A change in the controls to make it so you tap the run button to switch between running and walking, rather than holding it down to run. 2. An optional version that keeps Sonic's speed the same as vanilla. 3. Tweaks to the parkour to make it work more reliably.

How sonic runs in this game is very satisfying

I thought the physics were hard-coded? Also, Sonic's grab jump height seems too high.

I really don’t like the added speed. I agree Sonic was a bit slow in Lost World, but the level design was built around the slower dude. Here, while I haven’t tested the mod for myself. I know I’ll have to be more careful controlling myself so I don’t plummet down an bottomless pit or any other form of danger

i dont know why people complain about the animals i dont have a problem with them espicially when i like exploring sonic games (when i can)

Ah. I'm so glad they addressed important issues. Now I can get item boxes through floors, removing the whole trial and reward element that has plagued platformers for years. 10/10

I find it appalling how childish and idiotic the Fanbase can get sometimes… All you guys want sonic to do is just go fucking fast… He can never have any actual qualities or good platforming such as sonic lost world… Fucking awesome game and beautiful and fun and the pacing is perfect… Not every sonic game has to be exactly the damn same. Sonic can be great without going as fast like holy shit

Great mod, but I don't think it would make that much difference, so far as making the game better or worse.

I still think it needs a little more momentum improvements, but its still much better.

Why not just mod sonic from lost word into mario 3d world he mechanics already alow for him to walk climb without cat suit and already has a run button for sprinting

This is a valiant effort, but some of the changes just seem... weird, imo. Also, the speed is nice, but the level design really doesn’t complement it. It’s probably more enjoyable in modded levels.

I don't think the physics were improved that much. His jumps have way too much weight to them.

Now all people need to do is replace the "totally not Mario Galaxy, honest" levels with actual level design, and make a different story. Imagine if someone did that, just made new cutscenes and wrote a new story.

The one fix that should have been made wasn't. Sonics momentum in the air, mainly after jumping. It should have been tweaked so that Sonic retains all his speed while jumping and double jumping
