Tails and Ray are hands down the most powerful duo I have ever seen in classic sonic history from Tails CHEATING death to Ray turning into a giant and BOTH of them clipping walls
Go to the Level Select, and with the sound test there enter the code 6 2 1 4. This disables the Super music, but unfortunately it doesn't save so you have to do it every play session.
