Yes yes it has a handful of One piece references such as Navy having a serious fighting to the death rivalry(during pirate times they executed pirates for their crimes true story) recruiting several members for what a pirate crew needs (Navigator swordsman etc) and more obviously to claim the title for The King of Pirates or as the one piece fans sometimes say the Pirate King (according to the One Piece Anime the previous Pirate King before he was executed he publicly announced his treasure called “The One piece” is free for the taking hidden somewhere on the Grand Line and it would make sense cause it means the One and Only piece that gives a Pirate the Title for King of the Pirates Hence the title of the popular and currently ongoing Anime)
