But, there's a difference between voice and phrase I wrote "Sonic voice sounds too awesome", not "What Sonic says is too awesome" Whatever he said I bet it's just something chessy as usual :P
I really hate how your rings drain extremely fast when using gravity abilities, but at the same time you're using rings to use the gravity abilities rather than your normal gauge, so does that imply that if Super Sonic had enough rings he can bend gravity at his will? That would be pretty cool.
LexStorm98 I have sort of a theory. After the "fight" against Abis, all of the ark of the cosmos were badly damaged, leaving them pretty much useless but somehow Sonic (or tails) discovered they can work again w the power of the chaos emeralds, but at the cost of rings instead of air (you can say that GP is air under influence of the ark of the cosmos).
Considering the trouble it takes to unlock Chaos Emerald and how Super Sonic plays in this game; it hardly seems worth it. Super Sonic really isn't that great in this game, imo.
@@WhiteBladeZero exactly, personally I feel he's better in the first title with the only addition I wish he had was the magnetic shield. He could fly, grind, and go through power shortcuts. In zero gravity he can only do power shortcuts and using any of your gravity moves burns your rings way too fast. It's pointless doing it just to get the extra 20 for base speed. I guess practice can make it tolerable though
Let me go on record stating this, Super Sonic is terrible in Zero Gravity. In Riders he wasn’t good, but he was manageable to use if you knew how to be quick and conservative of your rings plus he was able to access all the shortcuts in that game. Here, you can’t use him at all without draining rings, putting you at a disadvantage. The other thing is he can’t use attack shortcuts nor can he destroy obstacles.
Technically, Sonic *can* destroy obstacles, but only in his "boost state". And I never unlocked Super Sonic in the original Riders, so idk personally how he plays there...
***** i think that with some hack skills we can play as Super Sonic on this race track. Isn't that ironic? You can play as Super Sonic on normal races but NOT on the final one?
Marcos Vargas Yeah, though, unless you want to run for half the track, you'd better cheat and give yourself infinite rings too. And yes, that is kinda funnily backwards to how most Sonic games are
I have a challenge idea, the Sonic Speed Challenge: you play as Super Sonic but try to avoid rings and don't deliberately brake to avoid rings, if you do collect rings you must boost till you are back to normal, and the challenge is complete when you complete as many races as you please at a minimum of one and a maximum of infinity.
X is Jump Circle is Break Triangle is Gear Change Square is Gravity Control (for sharp turns) L1 and R1 are Gravity Dive (for long hallways) But you DO NOT want to use any sort of gravity-based ability as Super Sonic.
