40:37 Wooooooooow, this run totally blew me away! The skips I discovered involved jumping off the first two speed booster paths at the right time, then thokking towards the way forward. The skips you showcased are more or less evolutions of what I had mapped out. Not only that, but you also managed to clear the outer wall using a strat I never even thought of! That's the point where I usually tend to reset my runs, besides the last section with the springs. Splendidly done, Dipper!

Whoa, this was a blast! Love the banter between you and River during the boss rush section! Those bosses never stood a chance... I would like to see you go through Midnscape as X Sonic to see if he has what it takes to beat it. If he can't, then feel free to bust out either superform. Hey, just so you know: you used the wrong character for the Follow Your Rainbow one. I can see why you'd be confused, though: Maimy is pretty mint-coloured, and kind of an "Amy-droid". However, Mint is in fact a separate character.

Here's a real challenge: Quandary Canyon Zone from Apologue as Amy It is possible, though it requires a very quirky strategy. P.S. Here's some hints if you need them: #1 badnik bounces don't let you gain height, just conserve it. #2 avoid speed loss from friction #3 just jump before you hit the booster. Don't ask me why, but it works. P.P.S If you ever get another Fang request (which admittedly isn't very likely unless it's from me again) you can perform a cork-jump by pressing spin and jump on the same frame. You'll still fire a cork, but you'll also jump, letting you skip the miserably slow firing animation. I use a spinjump bind to make things easier. Amy also has a similar tech, though it's less useful.
I've never been more proud OK. I've got an actual suggestion for a speedrun this time that isn't "use the worst character on any possible stage." Vivian by PigOverlord on Seaside Hill Zone by Mondongo. Kind of a random pick but I thought it'd be cool.
Absolutely incredible runs from you and everyone involved, I really like the movement on display and the diversity of characters and maps! If you are still looking for run suggestions, how about either a Shadow or E-102 Gamma run on Cosmic Valley Zone in the SUGOI trilogy? Your character choice!

Here's another idea for ya, the entirety of arid canyon as Metal anyone, but you race metal in act 1 & 2 & fight him in act 3 using the versus metal mode & have the shields be replaced by 6 random shields that aren't in the vanilla game with shields+
I now see that Ring Burst is every speedrunner's wet dream apparently 😂 If you're down for more action, how bout' you try out beating ERZ2 with him... But it's the 2.0 VERSION! (It can be found in the 2.0 conversion mod on gamebanana)
R.I.P my request lol, but I got something better to begin with, Adventure sonic on Emerald Coast, but you cannot spin dash. Because I know that can make things a tad bit more intresting
These were pretty impressive! Though it rubs me the wrong way how _AMY_ is your least favorite character when Fang is literally *RIGHT THERE.* 😡 If you're up 2 it, try go beat the Metal Sonic Invasion from EW5 with Dark Sonic, just to see how he decimates them 😈

The Metal Sonic Invasion? I recently played through that mod and I don't know what you mean by that. Are you referring to Act 12 of NotSoGreenHill Zone or the fourth variant of the Mystic Ruins? (The one that's overrun with metal Sonics)
@@thokk9987 I should've been more specific, but yeah it's the fourth variant of the Mystic Ruins. You need to beat all of them if you want to finish the act, which is normally hell... But its heaven for Dark Sonic 😈

I love the x sonic mod so much, it's very fun to speed around with him, especially when using Dark sonic. Also I wanna ask, how did you get it to where you turned into one of the forms immediately at the start of the stage?
There's an option in X Sonic's configuration that allows you to start the level as either Super Sonic, Dark Sonic or Full Dark It's called Supertimeattack

Because of so I have a request for you, I may not own the game Sonic robo blast 2, can you put me and you in a speed run to the feet all the bosses? I want my X Sonic character to be light skin Brown because that's my skin color. My favorite color is green, so I want My shoes Green. And my favorite forms of the X Sonic mod are dark Sonic and super Sonic. Also if you want to know what my character should wear, I'm wearing a gray short sleeve shirt, and silver shorts, and I'm wearing black glasses.

i've seen your flying sonic speedruns, and i just wanted to tell you and everybody else about a secret that some people may not know about him: he can complete every level (including bosses) just by using the taunt button (CUSTOM 3).
@@DipperDeliver it's random as to when the taunt button will complete the level, so it's not efficient, BUT... spamming it will still most likely get you at least a 1 second record for stages although it's way funnier to just see sonic flying to the end rather than taking the easy way out
Hello, you doing request right? If you are, can you do speedrun with sonic (srb2) in black core act 1 but with vsmetalsonic mods where you race metal sonic in whole level.
