I wonder if the new pretzel bun would be enough to contain the fritos chili cheese hot dog with bacon, since you said the bun was lacking with that hot dog.
Speaking of curious, American mixing of food items... I hear they shamelessly fusioned a croissant and a donut in New York. You should review that James :)
I'm betting that some large company recently started making frozen pretzel buns because we recently got some in at our bakery so its probably just the in thing right now due to availability.
dude u r F'ing crazy!! I had this dog and it was awesome!!!! Salt never entered my thoughts at all....this guy is nuts...it was very good...only thought it could of been a little larger..kinda small for the price!
Cold Stone Creamery is doing a Shark Week themed creation/ ice cream cake,(tagline: You're gonna need a bigger spoon.) nothing ground breaking flavor wise, but at least it would be a break from bacon.
With all this bacon... I could suggest, if you can find it, Rogue Ales' Voodoo (bacon-maple ale). However, my brother and husband gave it a shot and despite their love for craft beers, this one had them running for a sink.
I always wanted to like the food at Sonic. It just seemed like a fun concept, what with the servers rollerskating your order to the car. But their burgers are limp and damp and flavorless and many of the other items are, like this a salt lick. Maybe the concept is like peanuts at a bar or popcorn at the theater. Maybe the point is to make you thirsty so you'll buy the limeade. I did like their pickle-o's. Salt or not, those things were kind of magical.
Hey Mr. James Norton, I just saw a commercial for this new thing Taco Bell Canada is just pushing out called the Doritos Nachos Supreme. If and when you get a chance can you please review it. Make a trip up to Canada. Best wishes! - A fan from across the border
And, "Eating foods that contain saturated fats raises the level of cholesterol in your blood. High levels of blood cholesterol increase your risk of heart disease and stroke. Be aware, too, that many foods high in saturated fats are also high in cholesterol - which raises your blood cholesterol even higher." From the American Heart Association.

According to Sonic's website, the sodium content in one of these bad boys is 1270 milligrams, or 53% of the RDA for sodium for a day. That figure will undoubtedly for the CSPI crowd as well as for those who've never heard of the word moderation re: their diets, set their hair on fire. For the other 99% of us who are capable of employing common sense re: what and how much of anything to shove into our pie-hole, eating one of these occasionally isn't going to result in anybody's head blowing off.
