Mate, you are a legend for linking to this game. I downloaded it ages ago, then deleted it when I realised it wasn't any different to my Xbox 360 version, then wanted to get hold of it again now that there's that steering wheel FFB plugin (which you can download over at the BYOAC forum) which'll work with it, only to find the link to the game over at Emuine now no longer works.
1) Download Teknoparrott and the game from the links in the description. 2) Run DumbJVSManager.exe as admin 3) Go to Settings and install Com0Com and then Select Auto Setup if this is your first time running the loader. 4) In the settings, select your controls from the drop down. Remap Keyboard, Remap Joystick Player1. 5) Save Settings 6) Reopen DumbJVSManager.exe 7) Now add the path to your game. Go to Settings and click on the blank space located just under the name: (Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing Arcade) and find: game.exe which is located inside the Sonic folder and add the path into the blank space. 8) Save Settings 9) Reopen DumbJVSManager.exe 10) Select Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing Arcade 11) Start Game. whats resolution the game run cause after i fallow your guide and am about to open the game ,, i little window came out saying something about not supporting this resolution :)
The default resolution is 1280x720. Just go into the settings (configuration settings) file located inside the sonic folder and change it. SCREEN_WIDTH=1280 SCREEN_HEIGHT=720
