Ultra Sonic is not an “Ultra Instinct.” Ultra has shown Hax in Archie Comics, that make it LOOK stronger than Hyper but due to the Archie Comics themselves Sonic uses one Super Emerald and a Billion Power Rings. The Power Rings are byproducts of the Chaos Emeralds. With only one Super Emerald, Sonic turned Super. The Billion Power Rings made power equivalent to a SECOND SUPER EMERALD. Which made Ultra Sonic. Hyper Sonic on the other hand is all SEVEN SUPER EMERALDS. It bugs me because people make Hyper sound weaker.

Even if you stopped them mid transformation it would either A:give them a new form that is an in between Or B: there would be a shield on them for them to transform without harm Or C: they would counter and put you far away
