Time for everyone's favorite saga of depression and hopelessness.

Boys...we are officially in the Zombot Saga!

Oh man the voice filter when Sonic gets infected! I never considered how the virus would actually affect his voice and I'm loving it! And digging the new ending and music! Very fitting for what's in store!

1:07 You can hear Sonic turn his light on. This dub pays so much attention to the tiniest details, I love it!

Really like how Amy is depicted as a strong and independent leader with some decent fighter prowess, while still keeping some of her stereotypical helplessness & obsession with sonic. It makes sense for the “mission control” of the team to not be as strong of a fighter as someone like sonic or knuckles, and the balance between OP and flawed is really well done.

Rest In Peace: Rough and Tumble -they rhymed tumble with pummel

This isn't just a comic. This is a whole movie...

Robotnik is such a kooky character, but when he shows why he's the Mad Doctor...oooh, chills.

Yikes, this whole episode gave me the chills, you guys aren't playing around anymore This is gonna be awesome

This is probably the first time Eggman like something Sonic did, calling his new things zombot.

I love how they made any and Sonic’s relationship so much better. Amy doesn’t really simp for sonic as much anymore. They’re just like friends. Kinda like how it is with Sonic and Tails.

I appreciate how the sound design has improved. There’s some thoughtful reverb on the character’s voices to give you an idea of where they reside specially in a room now. Always found it weird how nobody would do that.

Alright I think this might be tied with "Battle for Angel Island" for my favorite dub you guys have put out. While that dub was great in that it was adapting one of my favorite arcs in the comic, I love this dub more for the parts that YOU GUYS specifically added to it. Ooh boy ok where do I begin. First off, Landy's editing is LITERALLY so top tier. I can't remember if he's been doing this before, but points like 1:18 when there's a single panel on the left that stays there while the panels on the right change looks so satisfying. I really love how it's not just the comic being scrolled down through, but like, you isolate the panels in order to do some creative stuff with them. And at 6:05 when you closed in on that panel of Sonic and Amy and then had it flow into what it looks like on Eggman's screen looked SO. GOOOD. Eggman's voice actor did SUCH A GREAT JOB. I'm assuming the dialogue this episode was recorded sometime last year too. SO THE FACT THAT HE SOUNDS THIS GOOD THIS EPISODE MAKES ME VERY HAPPY FOR THE FUTURE! He sounded so menacing! But even when he wasn't supposed to be menacing like at 1:22 still sounded soo (I know I keep saying this) GOOD! Genuinely, the last part gave me goosebumps. Like, I know anyone can say that but I am 100% the last bit was CHILLING! Josh killed it. Also I love the nice change TO the end credits! Sets the tone for the rest of the arc. Plus I really like that you added the actor/actresses names next to the character image itself. Oh man oh man I don't think I can think of ANYTHING bad with this episode. If it's THIS good at the beginning of the Metal Virus saga, I can't imagine the conclusion! OMG I just remembered Super--... Getting ahead of myself. Phenomenal job you guys! 10/10

Rough and Tumble: We'll cave-in mines!, Bury you in the rubble!, you're gonna get wrecked by...ROUGH & TUMBLE! 2:53 Amy: How did these guys take over a whole town? 3:16 Me: That's a good question, Rough and Tumble are terrible at rhyming, but they took over a entire town, in a short term until they got beat by Sonic and Knuckles.

The infection scenes are going to be amazing. I just know it.

I'm not exactly sure what got this on my recommended but I'm glad it did, this is absolutely amazing! loved every small detail, sfx, bgm, everything is perfect!

Eggman turned ruff and tumble into zombots on purpose so that he could not have to deal with there annoying additude’s,demands for ways and weapon requests and also to spread the robot virus onto sonic....at least....that’s what I think.

Both Earth and Mobius are in a pretty simular situation right now...

As someone who has the restless legs sydrome, I can understand Sonic for being a bit uh... "uncomftorble?" not running. For me- Im too lazy to run, but my legs always feel so weird when I dont or barly move em.

I am hyped but at the same not ready for this.

The change of music tone in this comic dub compared to the previous issues really gives me those Sonic CD (US) Music rewinds. Just want to share. It's basically fitting for a situation like this as it's legit the ultimate depression for the Sonic World. I look forward to more though, but man, I'm concerned how Sonic will sound the next few issues later because this is just the beginning. :(
