Sonic Universe Issue 72 COMIC DRAMA ''Spark Of Life'' Part 2 

"As Long as they're nice, I don't care what they are" and "My turn to drive!" are Big's best moments. X3 Big's slow nature may be annoying at times but it's moments like those that make me love Big instead of hate. Great job with the dub! I really felt for little Sally when she was all alone and Nicole couldn't do anything at the moment.

Outstanding performance, Tasha! You keep on inspiring me more and more! And I just love how Kovabomb voice PHAGE, LOL! What a performance that was! XD Along with Elson, he was great as Dr. Ellidy! Could you imagine if they took sonic universe and the normal sonic comics not boom and made it like a one piece style form of anime and by that i mean like a Archie sonic version of the openings as well as the to be continued sign and the preview.

Loved the professional dialog and editing, amazing. It's hard to find talent like that. All that's missing is some animation, and this could be its very own TV show!!

Tasha, This was such an interesting experience... The fact that on my FIRST critical listen I tried to pick up as many things that can be improved, and apparently I did find some things that I didn't quite find as perfect as the first video you did of 'The Spark of Life'. However I did myself a favour and relistened to Part 1 and this video again to compare. Funnily enough the things that I picked up seem to have disappeared... Let me point out the things I've picked up: i) Sally was voiced by a different person this time and not Aena ii) Ashley's tempo was too fast for pacing in her dialogue iii) Musical score levels were not loud enough to harmonise the other sounds which include the SFX and vocal performances. iv) Certain SFX's could be substituted to produce a less distracting sound in compromise to the voice work v) Ad-lib desired in some areas (completely optional though!) So on my second listen through only points iv) and v) needed attention. I double checked that Aena still voiced as Sally and she actually sounded much like the previous, which was a good thing! lol Ashley's natural speaking voice is actually fast and I thought that a -2 on the tempo will slow it down a little to make it sound a little smoother but I think leaving it now as it is fine. Musical scores earlier didn't get amped up as much as I'd like it to but I think you got the balance just right in the end - if I were to nit-pick, which I am, 12:07 ~ 12:17 could have been amped up by +1 to +2 levels, and a longer fade to the music would have ended it smoother IMO. So this is where it comes down to the last two things (again, this is me nit-picking, they're only minor to the remarkable overall production of things): iv) At 2:10:30 and 2:12, keep using the footsteps that were prescribed from from 2:06 to 2:10, the sharp 'tch' from the hard surface footsteps SFX was a little distracting. You can lowpassfilter those areas to give it that bassy sound so that it doesn't overpower the conversation at hand - as well as BIG's humming in the bg. v) From 14:00 onwards - if you, as director, took initiative to create some of your own lines for Shaun to do as Rotor it would have been a bonus. Have him on the receiving end with the radio transmitter equializer and it would be smooth sailing. Okay then, everything else was simply class - as always. I loved the performances from Kaliopae and Aena on the flashback - (I thought you did her voice for Rosie but it was actually Kaliopae! lol). Also Aena when she was being critical of herself emotionally was beautiful - and the Nami theme fit very well, don't put me to tears man! lol The music choices overall were very good! Especially towards the end when Sally was walking outside and communicating with Rotor (loved that twilight background sound of the forest - the owls and crickets chirping were great!). Oh and last but not least - you added your personal touch with your own singing of the ONE PIECE original ending - I noticed what you did there visually too! Great job on both accounts! Looking forward to contributing once again as Dr. Ellidy. I'll be available on the MON-WED - but we'll have to see how I go for my vocals, as for the next three shifts I'll be doing MC work on stage for the full 6 + 10 + 10 hr shifts! I'll try to look after it and recover first before doing any voice work! Thanks Tasha and keep up the amazing stuff as always. *thumbs up* P.S. Also! Super happy to hear more of Ashley with her RAW and unfiltered vocal recordings. Alot of it was digitized previously but now to listen to her in the flesh is great - to hear her stuff now when compared to the old mic she used is just an overwhelming difference - quality!

Great job like before. Quick question though. Phage was confirmed (or referred to) as female. Does this mean Phage will be recast or Kovabomb will stay? Or will you add a female voice alongside his? I honestly don't mind Kova voicing Phage, I'm just curious.
