It's more or less just extremely fast transitions from one place to another, as long as there isn't too many flashing light instances, it SHOULD be okay. It's also the case that this is what the one of the FASTEST instances Sonic can go. If we were to talk about having people play Sonic Unleashed in VR, only if you are FAST at the game, would the seizure warning really be effective. If a casual player were to play this game in VR, it wouldn't really have that high of a chance of them getting seizures.
