"Ripping through a ton of deep album cuts and otherwise rarely played joints, the youth basically blew the balls off the park with a ridiculously tight set. Watching this band and knowing they've been together for 30 years and seeing them manage to tear it down, never relenting on the freakouts, looking confident and cool as fuck, one can't help but conclude this is the best American rock band of our generation. As a nod to their awesomeness, Thurston mumbled as an aside "noise gig in Bushwick tonight". Nothing more nothing less. Perfect."
