This is the Lumix S5 II (std picture profile; -5 NR, -5 Sharpening, -3 Contrast, -1.5 Saturation) + 28-200 (of course at 200mm; f9) + DJI RS4 6K OG (8K) video I've promised in my earlier iPhone video: • Sonkajärvi: Bee swarm/...
00:00 a short 3x digital zoom section of the main handheld (gimbal) video. (Yes, there's a LOT of detail and the almost complete lack of compression / sharpening etc. artefacts in these Lumix 6K OG videos. Not even 3x scaling (zooming) results in any annoying pixelization or simply "cheap digital camera/phone look".)
00:10 the swarm from all around. Entirely shot using the gimbal and at 200mm, with OIS + IBIS enabled (no Boost IS)
06:25 the swarm from afar. Couldn't place the camera closer as, then, I still didn't have a tripod around, which meant having to use the gimbal in locked (powered down) tripod mode and couldn't find a closer location to put the gimbal to while having a decent view. (I didn't want to constantly overload the gimbal's motors and locking the gimbal means a single position it can shoot at.)
10:07 some short later clips start here showing the swarm from afar. Then, I was already using a tripod with my iPhone placed close to the swarm, ready for really long-time (multi-hour) shooting. Note that the latter didn't succeed as we've also alerted the local bee farmer association and they've almost promptly arrived to collect the bees; hence the 2-hour-only main video.
