Ah man, I remember feeling a sense of second hand embarrassment for Chad when I was little. Like, it was funny, but it was so hard to watch because it was awkward.
“I thought we were destined to be together. Now I can never forgive you!” “It was a...moment of weakness. But _I’m_ not the only one with a secret shame.” “You mean-?” “YES! You forgot to _flush._ ” I still laugh 😂😂😂
@Winter exactly; the humor and dialogue in general in sonny aged better than that of other shows other shows. plus the fact that this show started around the middle of disneys high, they were able to find older/better actors that delivered their lines very well.
@Winter I tried watching an episode of Sonny With a Chance last year on Disney+ and I didn't laugh all that much. Granted I don't think Hannah Montana is that great in retrospect, but to me at least it's still the more watchable of the 2
*Sonny, watching Chad drink two glasses of water:* "Oh my gosh...I'm boring him so much he's trying to DROWN HIMSELF!" Lol, if my "I don't swim because I fear drowning" boyfriend ever went swimming, this would be my mentality too.
I miss all the old Disney Channel shows. Austin and Ally, Wizards of Waverly Place and Sonny With A Chance were my top three favorites as well as the couples Auslly, Alex and Mason and Sonny and Chad. Wish they were all on Netflix.
Austin and Ally isn't really considered that much of a old show its one of the newer ones vs Wizards of Waverly Place and Sonny With A Chance. Like when people say old Disney Channel shows they mean the ones that were started in 2000s or 90s and ended in the 2000s or 2010s then start in 2010s.
18:59 this whole scene is hilarious. ”didn't think there would be a man in the house, did you?” STFSGFFYH something is seriously wrong with him. I think the SPS stopped the blood flow to his brain.
