I just returned my two Era 100 today after trying to get them work properly for a week as a pair -- one speaker was cutting off all the time. I called Sonos and spent two hours on the phone with them and we couldn't find a solution. It's too bad because they sounded good as a stereo pair, but it didn't work properly at my place at least. Give them a try though.
Have you tried looking at your wifi router? Most Sonos issues can be resolved by just changing the router to a better one, or placing the speaker in a spot with good wifi coverage.
@@zihiz1 Thanks for taking the time to reply. I thought about it but didn't check it though. It could have been that, or not. Both speakers were in the same room as the router so the signal was strong. Still good speakers though, so don't hesitate to try them. Thanks again!
