Hey, could you please turn on the daylight-brightness model on your camera screen? It helps us see the vision through the cam. Cool POV otherwise (y).

Do you think Nikon 28-400mm f4-8 can get these kind of full person in fre with background bkurred picture too? Will you recommend that or Nikon 24-120mm f4 more as the only lens for a while on Zf?

Thanks! Yeah I that's the reason why I got the 24-105mm. Don't get me wrong I definitely love my 85mm but I needed a lens that was versatile. Lol

I plan on getting a full frame camera sometime. So when I do I don't have to buy more lenses. I can just use the ones I already have. 👍

Killing it as per usual. There's a 18-105 F4 G-Master for sale here in Chattanooga on Facebook Marketplace but I try to avoid F4 lenses since I've had a few and have never really loved the bokeh they produce. They are nice and sharp and it's not bad at the long end but the short ends are usually so-so. I kind of want to pony up the coin for the Sigma 105mm 1.4 because well...that's a hot lens. Tis' the war of the photographer; always new gear, never enough coin.

Thanks man! Yeah I got this lens mainly just cause I just needed something versatile. But yeah the Sigma 105mm f1.4 is indeed very hot and duuuude I feel ya. New photography gear comes out but my wallet says otherwise. haha

Glad to be back! I definitely recommend it but go for the Sony 18-105mm f4. It's basically the same but it has the electronic zoom and also it's made for APS-C. Also it's basically half the price. I got the 24-105mm because I'm hoping soon I'll have a full frame Sony to work with next to my a6400. 👌

for apsc its probably not the best choice as josh said 😄 but there are some other interesting Lenses: sony 16-55mm f2.8 tamron 17-70mm f2.8 or the 18-105 f4 i got the a6400 & sigma 56mm f1.4 first next one will probably be the 16-55 2.8 🙏

is there any reason you use the cage all the time?

To protect the camera pretty much. But I also add a Rode mic on it and have the screen flip out when I need to. On the Sony camera I can only put the mic in the center which blocks the screen. On the cage I can put the mic on the side without having to block the screen. 👍
