I am amazed by your videos, the colors look so pleasing. I am new to videography and have the A6700 as well. May I ask how you film and edit your clips? Do you record in SLog3 and color grade by yourself? Do you use any LUTs?

Thank so much for your very kind words sir, it is much appreciated. Yes I record most of my videos in SLog3 and colour grade in Davinci Resolve. I sometimes use a teal and orange LUT that I downloaded from "Colour Grading Central". I didn't use any LUTs on this particular video though. Hope this helps. Good luck and thank you again. 😀

Thanks for this. I was on the fence about getting this for my a6700. Most channels only showed day or well lit use and yours showed use at dusk. Looks like it performs extremely well in low light conditions. It was between this and the 70-200 f/4 around the same price used.

Thanks Jay, glad it was of help to you, it's a great lens. I did have to do a bit of noise reduction for the darker shots in Davinci Resolve, but I'm extremely happy with the results.

@@WilliamHenryAlbert How much NR did you have do to clear it up in Davinci? I have the paid version as well and I am still learning how to tweak NR but playback is choppy on a MB ProM2

@@jaystechvue Yes, it will definitely be choppy on playback and the video seems to take an age to render. I usually do noise reduction after I have finished colour grading so as to speed up the process. I used this tutorial to apply my NR technique to my video. It's quite a long video but explains it very well. Hope this helps. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-vaVoyuAbB2c.html

@@WilliamHenryAlbert Thanks a lot! I will definitely look at this and try some low light footage and give it a shot.

@@jaystechvue you’re very welcome. I’m just editing some footage shot in a dark rainforest with the 70-350 where I mistakenly left my polarising filter on, now that IS a low light test! Not sure if I can salvage anything!🤔😩😫
