When I have my monitor open then close it it does not automatically switch to the viewfinder. It goes black and I have to hit the shutter button to get the viewfinder to work. Is that a bug??

For me this solves the problem and creates another. With the display off, it's now a 2 step process to get into the menu or playback media (1. turn display on, 2. click menu/play button). Do you know a workaround that would enable those buttons to enable the screen immediately? Thanks!

Solution: Menu, choose bottom icon -- setup, choose option 7 - finder/monitor, select finder/monitor, select monitor (manual). I just saved you 4:02 in time. Thank me if you wish.
