Although this particular version of the Columbia Pictures logo made its final regular appearance in the original theatrical prints of _Devotion_ (2022), to which Paramount Pictures subsequently acquired the home media distribution rights, it did make a surprise reappearance in _The Equalizer 3_ (2023).
Can we acknowledge that if we ignore the Columbia part, Sony would easily have the worst opening logo out of the big movie studios? With Disney, Warner Bros., and Universal, they pump you up and make it feel like you're about to watch something special. But with Sony, they give you the same vibe as opening up your 2000's computer.

What? I loved this intro most of all. It’s modern and sleek. I loved how the colors pop out from the Sony text like how one of those LCD monitors would react if you pressed your finger onto the screen too hard. It really makes the cinema screen feel like a little bubble that the Sony logo pops out of. One of my favourites so far, right next to the new Orion logo.
Dominic’s Rude Adventure VIII (2023) The film was going to use the high pitched fanfare but it got uncredited The Columbia Pictures logo plays as normal but it turns off (referencing Hotel Transylvania 4) and turns on revealing Dominic and after the logo is done white comes from the torch. The Dominic Pictures Logo is a blocked figure and is being carried by Dominic, Dominic places the logo in the middle and walks away
