Great content man! plenty of examples and explanations. Comparable with top you tubers for film and it doesn’t look like you start too long ago. I can’t wait to get this lens!!! It’s the last one I need (my girlfriend says I always say that lol)

I'm loving the cinematic b roll! This lens seems awesome but $2000 and 950 grams 😯😭 (I could definitely knock someone out with it lol) I'm really enjoying The Gears episodes, keep up the amazing work! I'd also love to see some more photogray and videography tutorials! Thanks 😀

Yeah, it's super expensive and heavy 😭😭 But what we get is HUGE!! Love making cinematic videos with this lens. I was also thinking to make some shooting tutorials!!

Great video! I’m debating on this lens or the Tamron 70-180 mainly for portraits. Any thoughts?

Personally, I like 135gm more, but I'm making a video about Tamron 70-180mm now. So, maybe it'll help your decision making.

Bolex Camera I’m not sure as I haven’t used the Tamron 70-180mm before. I think it would be ideal to try out both. Maybe the 70-180 would be better due to versatility.

Thank you for your review and I recently got one. When you detach it from camera body, do you feel some inside parts are moving back and forth when you shake it? I am not sure it is a defective or the new linear motor unit. Thanks for any comments.

I'm using the 70-200 F4 for filming indoor soccer and was thinking about getting the 135 for the 1.8 as the lighting isn't that great. Do you think this lens would have an issue with fast motion? Better off upgrading to the 2.8 version of the 70-200 over the 135mm?

I feel only 135mm is a little bit hard to handle for that use. If it's me I'll choose 70-200 f2.8

I just put footages on a timeline in Premiere Pro, and cut them along with a music.

I have the 85 1.8. I want to shoot videos of my family and professional IG dance videos.I have a budget fo 1 lens. I am torn between the 135gm as I can do photos with this as well and the 24gm, I love the cinematic video's and photos too.Which would you choose?

I would go 135GM for cinematic videos. But if there is a lot of camera movements in your videos, 24GM is more handy. So, if I shoot some cool modern B-ROLL, I'll go 24 GM.
