Image on the FX3 is definitely better… But not day and night better. But of course you can put any lens on the FX3 whereas the pocket camera is limited. But that on the pocket you don’t need a gimbal is quite amazing.
The weirdest part being that I can see a color match being done for the Sony fx3 and the osmo pocket. 3. With a little bit of contrast, less sharpening and having a folded point, it can definitely work. A. Outside of having a focal point for the osmo pocket 3 In most cases I have managed to match the color of the osmo pocket 3 to Lumix S5. 😮😮😮
@@PradeepKumar-tq4ev Get a color check block and test the Standard, portrait and Log profiles of both cameras at the same time. Upload the videos in your main video editing software. Match the Osmo Pocket 3 colors to the Lumix S5 color Profiles. Save the Presets as Osmo to Lumix S5 (Or whichever you can remember). Done. Been using this since I've had the pocket 3 and have dropped more footage from it into m Lumix S5 videos of weddings and interviews than I should be allowed to say.
People say that the FX is better than the DJI. Well, of course it's better 😂 Did you expect a different result? But the fact that the video compares cameras worth $2000 and $500. That's already a huge achievement for the DJI camera. I'm not even mentioning that the $2000 camera is just the body. You need to add a lens to that body. Another + $1000. So, you are comparing a $3000 camera with a $500 camera. And if you add a stabilizer, you are comparing a $3500 setup with a $500 one.
Sonys handheld stabilization is just not acceptable, I sold all my Sony gear and got this little baby. Perfect while on the move, where weight and compactness is important. But I like the quality of full frame and good lens, only usable with tripod or gimbal.
I have both as well, and I've got to say that the OP3 is amazing for what it is. The OP3 has a more digital, or artificial look to me but I think its only something you would notice side by side to the fx3. And come on, for the price and form factor you cant beat the OP3. $4000 compared to $500...
Exactly, because in around cameras all day long and editing hours a week - I definitely notice the difference, but if you do the right color grading they start to look more and more similar. Definitely worth it
I preferred the image of the Pocket 3 on 90% of the shots. I'm shocked at how close they look like beside some differences in colors (preferred the colors of the pocket 3 too)
Everything crispier in the background is so much better. The depth of field is night and day. Especially the low light. The osmo tho is dope and for the price YOU CANNOT GO WRONG!
The pocket 3 is actually more cinematic than the fx3 when not exposed to direct light ( better in shaded areas ) the pocket 3 cannot handle direct light .
The P4 will have a standard lens added, you can read it written in the stars, when DJI do that this product will really fly off the shelves. My work is 100% vertical social media these days so a vertical bump in res and a standard lens added would be such a bonus.
