SIR, I thank you 100% for taking time out of your day to help people like me lol, but, please, next time could you try to speak up a LITTLE? I have you at full volume, and I still need to put my phone speaker right next to my ear, and that's only so I can you a LITTLE. I promise I mean no offense, just a friendly suggesting. Finally, honestly thank you so much, as this video really DID help me out. Couldn't seem to figure it out. All the best from Toronto, Ontario, Canada
Hey there, the sound is on just use headphones or plug in to your sound system to increase volume. It’s one of the first videos uploaded and the mic cover on the camera was not the perfect one. I have improved the mic filter and since all following videos have much better sound quality. Thank you for your comments and have a great day!
My original Sony camera battery lasts much longer and no issues with heating up. Make sure to use original Sony charger and batteries and disable GPS/Wi-Fi for better performance. Also recording in 1080p instead of 4K will improve battery life (fdr-x3000).
@@romantoronto how much longer? 10 :min? I have one original that came with the camera. None worked more than 30 mins i havent exactly timed it but i can assure you that even the original one didnt last anything close to one hour . The menu is so difficult to navigate and the only way i could practically use it was to use the ios software and to do that you have to use the crappy wifi which fails to export more than not to another ios app you have to use by which time the battery will run out. You are wise to get iphone se plus wide lens accessory rather than wasting time on this unless you have compelling reasons. I understand everyone has diff use cases but this certainly is not the one for an average casual user
@@iPadDiary I agree that this camera is not for everyone but I did find it to be most suitable option for my type of use considering the cost of the camera, quality of the video and durability of the product/accessories. I actually purchased one additional battery and Sony portable charger so I can just flip batteries when out of juice. This is my personal opinion about the camera that I would recommend to a new or experienced vlogger to start with if the budget is under $400 but there might be better options, depending on the needs of the user. Thank you for comments and have a good day!
AS300 is a great on the budget version that will work best for RU-vid unless you want to shoot in 4K and have a powerful laptop/software to process and edit the higher quality videos. I would go with AS300 for RU-vid videos as it’s faster and easier to edit/process. Good luck!
Hey Tom, thanks for you comment. The microphone cover has since been replaced with a foam filter to improve sound quality and I’ll make sure to speak more clearly in future videos. Thanks for watching and have a good day!
Thank you for your feedback, I have replaced the mic filter on a camera and hopefully it will improve the sound. Try to use headphones or external output like a sound system or Bluetooth speaker when playing the video. 👍🎬✅
