I had my HX60V for about a week, and though I liked it pretty much, I found it a bit too thick to shove in any pocket, other than a coat. I took it back to the Sony Store and bought a Sony WX350 which is tiny, and (other than a few less features unimportant to me, and 10X less zoom) I like it every bit as much as the HX60, and can take it anywhere, anytime. I bought it specifically for the big zoom and small convenient size, but the point and shoot I really love for great basic photography and video (which I bought a few weeks ago) is the Sony RX100. Wonderful camera!
thank you for your videos! i am about to buy the hx60 or the hx90. but which one should i choose? the camera will be esspecially used for filming concerts and also for making photos in lowlight inside (family pics). greets Wouter
There are some good USB mics out there, from what I've read. A friend of mine swears by his Blue Snowball mic. I've never tried any myself. In the end, though, whatever choice you make, there will be some kind of compromise. If I'm honest, the actual mic I use the most on a daily basis is also the cheapest one in my collection. And it performs great! For a $10 mic, I'm amazed at how good it is.
