Late CRT's like this are really my favorite. My Apple 17" studio display from 2001 has an automatic calibration like this, in addition to electronically controlled convergence control and geometry. I'd love one of these PVM's but they're never cheap
Yesss!!! I love the 9L2!! Sorry, dumb question: What would be the difference of "SDI" video input that you have on your 9L2, VS bkm-129x? The bkm-129x card that I have on my 9L2 looks very, very similar to those inputs. Is the difference "digital" vs "analog"? I apologize for the ignorance, please point me in the best direction to educate myself :)
@@themaritimegirl Thank you very much for the reply. Those batteries you have for it are so legendary! I am soooo jealous! I get so confused by all the terminology and everything, but I think the video card you have is the BKM-120x?
that pvm looks nice! too bad it has some issues, also, i am curious about the control panel at the end, can you make an entire youtube video that uses effects from that control panel?
I plan on integrating the capabilities of that video switcher into my videos wherever appropriate and tasteful :) But I'll also be making a series of videos demonstrating everything it can do.
The degauss on these doesn't make an audible buzz like on a conventional monitor, so I wonder if it's a different kind of system that doesn't use as much power. High frequency, maybe?
