Bought mine a month ago, the sound's really good, and maybe because of those air vents, it handles bass well! The app for these headphones is really handy, and the equalizer can boost the bass even more (which I really like :) The multi-point connection is also great as when I'm on a Meet and I need to play music, Spotify gets muffled by the Meet. Then, I can just play it from my phone and it works great! Also, the moment my headphones turn on, they automatically connect, and when you pair them to your Android for the first time, you can even see the headphones popping up with the headphones in the exact color you got them!
how is the comfort level like? i see this CH-520 has a small ear cup i'm afraid it would hurt the ears after prolonged use as i typically use them for many hours straight. edit: nevermind i just realize it is on-ear, not over-ear headphones and im looking at the wrong category
I just bought mine last week and in my experience I think its really good it support spacial audio and the 50 hours promise is impressive with a single charge can last a week and more for me.
The app is called Sony headphones (or something like that, for iOS). My experience so far is really good, bass is good (with the right customization for sound in the app) sound quality I’ll rate is a 7.5 or 8 out of 10. It’s no joke, these headphones are good the only problem I may have when it comes to these headphones is that there is no travel case lol, except for that i had it for a day and there is nothing wrong yet.
One thing that is best about these headphones is: they are on the ear.....I live in hot and humid country and over the ear headphones are hard to wear for longer time....thanks they are bringing back this design
Been using them since release. Very impressed with the sound for the price. Use them at the gym and with my iPad. I also own a pair of studio Sennheiser headphones for my gaming desktop. Obviously they aren’t as good but they’re shockingly not far off which is crazy for the price and the fact they’re Bluetooth.
@@QuikSnoopy Still holding up. Battery lasts me for weeks before needing to charge and volume is good. They are lightweight and never get in the way of my workouts. It fits my head very snug.

This is a terric review! I just got these for Christmas. They are a giant leap forward from my 510s. I haven't taken a call yet, but your demonstration of the mic is amazing! I'm still discovering features. But the quality of the construction and physical engineering is so intuitive and natural that I immediately knew how to operate them, and position them. The sound and ear cups are the best quality - even without LDAC. My favorite thing about these is the price. This quality for this price is insane. Also, I wear them for entire days. They don't die, and they don't hurt my ears - even after 8 or more hours.
Got mine for $35 used. At first I was not impressed (coming from the HD 598se with a BTRK5). However, watching videos and listening to podcast were quite good. After taking my time with EQ, the value is just phenomenal for the sound!!
You reckon I can refund mine. It doesn't say you need a 360 audio service subscription in the box and only found out know even after I opened it I packaged it back up no marks nothing

@@elmo4672 oh thank youuuu!!!! Honestly they are so good. When I got them they were fully charged and it took me about 4 ish days of every day use to charge them. Correction: 4 days of use UNTIL I had to charge them

Just bought mine, I usually wear cheap earphones because of the basic sound of them since too much bass sounds strange to me, but because of the app I thought might as well since I can customise them, I’ll update when they arrive 👀

I love the CH510 very light decent audio quality the battery life is phenomenal, I just ordered the newer CH520 version, plain on giving my beloved 510’s to my sister. Hopefully they’ll last her since she seems to be more rough on her things.
Are the headphones sound canceling? I usually use headphones in a quiet classroom and I don’t want to disturb anyone; I’ve had past experiences where others can hear what I’m listening to and I’m unaware of it.
I had all 3 Generations of them. First the 500, then the 510 and now I have gotten myself the 520s as my 510s are slowly starting to lose their power. And I have to say, the 520s are the best budget Headphones you can get, the vocals are very clear, they have very good EQ Options and the Bass on these Headphones are richer and overall just very good compared to the 510s. And what I find good about the 520s is, that you finally have the ability to use the Sony Headphones app, to get more out of your headphones and to connect your Headphones more seamlessly to your device. So, if you come from your 510s and you want to upgrade to a newer pair of Sony headphones for a good budget, the 520s are the best choice for you!

Been using it for two weeks now and it is great. I have only charged it twice even when the battery is still around 50%. I am also wondering if it is okay to charge it using a fast charger.
its definitely one of the best headphones for its price. But they feel too light, so light that they feel cheap. The buttons also feel cheap. Otherwise its an amazing headphones and i would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a budget headphone.
I have a pair of 1000xm4 right now. So disappointed in them. The main reason why I was willing to spend hundreds on new headphones was for the noise cancelling. A year after I got them I started getting crackling noise in the left ear when NC is on. After some googling I found that it's a widespread problem and happens across the X3 4 and 5. The microphone inside the earcup just goes to sh*t and NC becomes unusable. With the vinyl on the pads having a lot of cracks I also lost the airtight feel and I can ear every noise in the house.

Is there an equalizer app for the headphones on PC? Also isn't re-adjusting the equalizer basically messing around with the studio mixing of a given song?
I bought my WH-CH520 headset from Best Buy a couple of months back. I never used it until I unboxed it this week. It has failed to connect to any device I try to pair with. Be it Smart TV, iPhone or Android phones….. Any suggestions?

@thearcane2665 Funnily enough was listening to music when you commented on this. On my from Jazz and rock or Rap, the audio is very balanced. The quality is awesome for the price. I don't mess with any advanced settings but I do wish I could make the sound a little louder. Besides that, I've had no issues.
@@smrushaan2654 Despite being Sony headphones, they don't connect to my PS5. If you play on PC and only want to enhance a story game like Ghost of Tsushima or BG3 it should be fine. I doubt they have the proper audio balance to help listen to footsteps in multiplayer games. I recently saw Bruce Almighty, Austin Powers, and The Incredibles with these headphones. Performance was solid for the price. It's not going to compete with a home theater but when I'm outside of my house and have time for a movie, I'm happy with the quality, although, like my last comment, I wish the audio could be pushed higher.
