Chasing Soo Line 1003 on Wisconsin and Southern T004 from Hartford to North Prairie. At 14:46 the train goes into emergency as a result of the power decoupling from the rest of the train. 1003 was being moved to Chicago for an event on Metra, and since PTC is required on CN's Waukesha Sub it was decided to add 1003 and its cars into T4's consist. As a bonus 4173 is the last WSOR SD40-2 with PTC installed.
