One I can't believe hasn't taken off is coopers 100. Man it hits every note from smell, pallet and finish. Yet jack sinatra at 150 plus bucks with a similar barrel chisel is allocated. But good for me at 35 bucks it's great for me.

Penelope Light Whiskey and Chattanooga Founders 11 are fantastic. Found the Sagamore Rye 8 Year a few weeks ago. So good. Heard they are coming out with the 9 Year in 2024. Kelvin Sixty was one of their best. Wish I would have bought a backup. A few bottles that are catching fire and get hard to find are Rebecca Creek Double Barrel Spanish Oak and James E Pepper Barrel Strength decanter bottle. 🥃

Peerless double oaked bourbon is unseen in NY. I grabbed one in TX a year or so ago. Hate to open it until I find another, LOL. Disco #11 is great too.

JJB is already allocated and super hard to get in AL lol. I have a Chattanooga Founders and love it! About 2 hours from the distillery

I haven't seen the Peerless in the Buffalo area and the distillery didn't have it in July. I got it on Frootbat for $99, free shipping

You guys have the CLAMP on great content! I don't know what changed but within the past couple of months the Peerless 2oak Bourbon, 2 oak Rye and High Rye have been pretty easy to find in SE Wisconsin. Love all of it and feel fortunate to have access to it. On the other hand, I've never seen JJ Bowman in the wild in Wisconsin. Great list!

We cant even get the Peerless DO here in GA. I cant find the Sagamore 8 anywhere. I only got the JJB and Penelope Light Whiskey at a raffle event. Never seen these just sitting on a shelf.

I think Alabama ABC boards buying all the Chattanooga whiskey. Tons of it on the shelves all the time.

JJ Bowman flies of the shelf in Virginia - at least we get it on the shelf a few times a year.

Discovery isn't allocated because Bardstown is only distributed to half the states. Several million plus metros can't get it.

I am a Rye fan also, but American Single Malts are starting to gain traction. This bothers me because there are some incredibly interesting and wonderful things coming out and once people finally realize BTAC has run its course, I may be in trouble.

Wow...MA/mass really sucks. Ive never see any of these except sagamore. Peerless DO, maybe once a year, but only 1 store but they fly, and i have like 4 great stores i go to. Never see any four gate, none of the Chattanooga, no bardstown disco, fusion, origins, none of them. Never once seen john j bowman. Not even in a raffle. Its actually easier to get orvw/pappy. Of course going to pay ridiculous prices if its not in a raffle, but at least they are out there. John j, never. Penelope we get. The 15yr is on shelves. The 9yr private select is ridiculously good. Valencia was around but disappeared. Rio, one store puts them on an allocated list for points only twice n they're gone ina an hour, other than that a couple in raffles. But ya, no Chattanooga at all, no bardstown, no four gate, no john j, etc. I dont mean hard to find, or raffle only, they legit dont exist here at all, anywhere. Not even on the secondary. I can understand Chattanooga. Hell, not even coopers craft, early times BiB, or OGD 114. We do get a good amount of regular buffalo trace, eagle rare, and fair amount of blantons. Eh taylor, not really, pretty much raffle bottles w very few in the wild. Elmer t lee, nope. I gota get the hell out of this state!!

Who gets to store bottles. They come they go...crack a cork drink the bottle.....You are selling yourself and us out of good bottles..let them figure it out . Why tell them what to clamp....i don't like

Peerless double oaked is easily the best double oaked on the market by a significant margin. I love 1910 but the peerless is sooo much better

Michter's American Whiskey is far better than Penelope's version and I love most of Penelope's offerings. The Chattanooga Founders is nothing special. It's 2-3 yo blend. I've heard Redemption 10yr rye is good but I never see it. A group of tried a 4 Gate and no one was impressed. JJB is local to Va. It's now allocated due to YTers and demand from states outside of Va. Bardstown Disc 11 was good but sometimes it doesn't strike me as special. It will never be allocated as its a one time release. Big debate is it 13yo Beam or Turkey? Peerless DO is good. Their High Rye is superb.

Love your list! Peerless Double Oaked Bourbon is truly wonderful - well worth the MSRP (when you can find it)! I also enjoy their Double Oaked Rye but favor the bourbon for the flavor profile, and because I prefer bourbon more than rye (and I do love a good rye). Also, Peerless DOB sells for about $83 in my area vs $105-130 for the DOR, making the DOB a better value for the money.

No more tatering. Stop encouraging people to rush on whiskey. And stop encouraging FOMO. There is endless good cheap whiskey for everyone.

I own the Peerless DO abd it’s great. I’ve seen the Disco 11 and Sagamore 8, but only once. The rest are unfindable or out of my price range. Thanks for all the content.

I have not seen a JJ Bowman Single Barrel on the shelf in the last 4 years. I have not seen any Bardstown on the shelf in the last 4 years. I have not seen a single Peerless Double Oak on the shelf in the last 4 years. I think Oklahoma has a lot of allocated items that just don't make it here.

Four Gate anything sits on shelves here a lot of the time even the Kelvin V did for a while the price helps with that. But I could say the same thing about Masters Keep. Put it in a pretty box and people will lose their minds.

Im waiting for the Disco 11 to hit my go-to spot and John J Bowman was more impressive to me then Pappy 15 if Im being honest. I got the same cherry coke and a lot of depth from the Bowman for 1/10th the price of the PVW15.

Had to go to the East Coast to get JJBSB. Paid $54. Similarly, KC15 is not distributed in my area. Bardstown is solid. Peerless dbl oak sits on shelves by me. Gr8 vid guys

We don't get Chattanooga Whiskey products in my area, however, I live within 3 hours of Chattanooga, TN. I love their bottled in bond and try to buy a couple of bottles everytime I see it. John J. Bowman single barrel is hard to find, but I recently acquired a bottle and it was fantastic! For the quality and price point, it's hard to beat!

Bowman in my area of California is on the shelves for 48.00 my store owner sold me a couple last year for 37.00! Discovery 11 I was confident that it would be great so my friend sold me two bottles for 110.00:) Peerless is available usually 100.00-120.00! Cheers

Peerless DO is already impossible to find as well as the JJ Bowman in NY. Fortunately, the price for the Bowman has remained in the 60 range, but it still flies off the shelves.

Some of those are already so hard to find or so expensive they are already in the allocated bracket that is fetching lots of secondary pricing. IMO there is not a bourbon or whiskey on the market worth giving over $100 for. The value just isn’t there. I have some bottles that go for upwards of 300-400 secondary that I would never pay that for. Especially when I can find a damn good whiskey for under $30 every day. Yeah, I like the finer ones and enjoy the nuance differences but that’s just it, nuance differences, nothing mind blowing about any of them. Best thing to do is find a nice bourbon bar where you can purchase pours of the crazy priced stuff for a more reasonable number instead of buying the farm. Ok. I’m off my soapbox. Cheers folks.
