Hey Kirby Gm . I love fideo & all types of sopas.. I made some last week w/ steak. It's always been one of my favorite meals is sopa I grew up.on.sopa we couldn't afford meat all the time. But now that I can afford meat..I just want the sopa sometimes without meat. It still hits the spot. Tfs hope ur having a beautiful blessed weekend 💕 hugs😊

Looks good Kirby, this reminds me a lot of my childhood since my grandma made this all the time. I like mine with some papas in it too.

My Tia made this every time she was in town for every get together. I make it too but it never tastes as good as hers.

this looks great. i am just curious if someone could do red bell peppers instead of the tomatoes? yes i am aware the flavors would be different, just curious is all.

Next time boil your tomatoes and then bkend the ingredients. And for that ratio of water I would add 2 tablespoons of caldo de pollo. And add black pepper 😋
