I double this and use a cookie sheet because the only dessert my husbands men’s group wants for birthday’s is Sopapilla cheesecake!! For over two years now-Sopapilla cheesecake. LOL I’m going to see if they’d like to try one of the fruit variations. Who knows, they might go for it.

I made this for a party with some minor tweaking (more sugar and added lemon juice to filling). It was a big hit, especially having two flavor options.

I usually add a bit of Lemon juice into my cream cheese, sour cream mixture .. gives it a bit of a kick & evens out the sweet!

lady, you have such beautiful hair, i cant get over it. wavy, nice color, length etc. also good recipe because i couldnt find a strawberry filled one.
