I couldn't see it for a while, but the reason she's so good is look at her feet on her back kick, the bottom of her foot is pointed straight at the sky. Her stride is different than anyone else I've ever seen. Maybe that's the reason.

Hope you find that perfect existence of training on the track coupled with the cross training Parker Valby has shined with. I'm no runner but I hope you stay off cross country courses & sharp, slanted indoor tracks for injury sake. I'm old, went to start exercising starting w/walking. The sidewalk I used was slanted, in a month I couldn't lift my right leg at the knee joint due to that right-leaning sidewalk the right heel had to reach further to every step ala the indoor short tracks turns
