Hi Dear Viewers! Please find a PDF guide for Beravor here for your enjoyement: sorastro.com/2019/10/01/beravor-pdf-painting-guide-core-set-complete/ :)
Your music choice is PERFECT for this! I love watching your videos, because they're interesting and it's awesome to see your progression throughout the process. Thanks Sorastro!
Recently discovered this video series after I got the game for Christmas and it's inspired me to get back into painting again. I applaud your production quality! Very calming to watch.
I'm nearly speechless after watching this. The wet blending hair at the beginning felt better than anything I've ever done in total lol. Amazing work. I loved the face + hair in particular - super inspiring!
Sorastro, I love everything you did to bring Gimli to life. Right up to weathering the axe. When I do mine I think I'll skip that part. There! Our minis won't look the same this time! LOL
Your videos are fantastic, clear and very easy to follow. I am really grateful for your effort in the production of these videos. Thankyou :) I am learning lots!
Ooh now I'm thinking of repainting my Gimli. Yours is most def so much cooler! As always, thanks for the guide. Greetings from the Netherlands, Kevin Jacobs
@@Sorastro I wish I could spend a day painting with you, learning from the Master. Hahah that'd be great. If you ever attend a Dutch event, please do let me know. :P
Another fabulous tutorial, Sorastro. Thank you! Would you consider putting together a tutorial, at some point, about your video production including musical accompaniment?
That's some amazing work. I discovered your channel with the Zombicide Black Plague videos and it really motivated me in painting the whole set. Very useful (and beautiful :D) content, as always ! Thanks !
Another masterpiece. I do have a question about this video in particular. You mention you forgot to do the hands and then go back to them after painting the haft. I would normally paint the haft before the hands as the haft is more recessed than the hand. Happy accident?
Thanks Rob! HA - yes, it was a happy accident really. I just didn't want to be dishonest by pretending I deliberately left the hand until afterwards :)
Good morning, Amazing video. Amazing painting. I'm a new painter eager to learn and get into this amazing hobby, I however, notice that you paint in go and don't pay much attention to some of one color mixing with the other, I on the other hand feel that I waste a lot of time on that. What do you suggest, one steady and precise past or "fixing" those mistakes afterwards? Thank you.
Another Saturday, another incredibly pleasant painting session with Sorastro :D I have a question - did you cover painting natural red hair (more orange/red than yellow) in any of your videos?
i love the way you mix colors to create new tones and variations, and i am starting to get the pattern, but may I ask you if there is some particular book or reference to learn properelly how the mixing works? how and what to mix to what, in order to create selected variations? cause learning only by failing is not my cup of tea, i prefere to have a base of theory but i cannot find anything usefull on the subject...
Thanks Arnolfo! I don't really have any books on the subject myself to be honest, but I find a mixture of intuition and experimentation usually gets me where I want :)
And I am back! Whew! Was worried I lost all my saved vids. I still have no painting skills though. Ok when do we see some Marvel? Oh wait. This is not private ...... ok good thing I didn’t curse like a Dwarf sailor. (What are you saying about Dwarves and bad skin?! Rude!)
Hi Luis! I'm honestly not that great when it comes to brush care, but these days I do like to give them a quick clean in some acrylic brush cleaner after each session which might help (I use the "Zest-it" cleaner from Rosemary & Co). Other than that, just avoid things like mixing the paints or applying Shades with your "good" brush etc. :)
@@alcovitch Yes that's right; they do ship internationally however. Here's a link to the brush I use: rosemaryandco.com/series-8-pointed-round-361.html :)
