Also, please be careful with putting “subliminal” in the title or description of your videos. Lately, a few channels I listen to for subs have been getting videos deleted and I’ve seen channels get removed. Someone said that YT doesn’t approve sub channels or something. I’m not sure how true that is, but if it is- make all your videos more secretive, lovelee one. This is the only vid I’ve checked out so far, but interested in checking out your channel. So stay safe! Hi! Visualization and meditation will speed up the results, but they are not necessary. I’d recommend listening to the subliminal for 30-60 minutes a day, for at least three weeks to manifest.
you have to have good intentions about it and believe. it doesn't always work right away tho but if u practice more it should start working instantly :)

Subliminals do not work overnight , unfortunately . However for quicker results , stay hydrated , sleep for 8 hours , and listen at most 16 times a day or all night . And also do research on witchcraft as this is just a tool to help uu manifest the energy to use in witchcraft .

Visualization and affirmations are a way to speed up the process, but they aren’t fully required. I’d recommend listening for at least 21 days. I hope this kinda helped a bit if you haven’t already figured it out
