Hey so I have a question, I’m planning to go to uark next fall and I’m already thinking about sorority stuff and I’m from Texas and I don’t know anyone that is also going to Arkansas so how do you start making friends and stuff during rush week since I won’t know anyone?
HI!! So I was the same way- I came here from Nashville, Tennessee knowing a whopping 2 people... When you move in try to walk around your floor and meet as many people as you can, you'll be put into lines A LOT and just talk to the people around you, and also your gamma chi group will get really close and those are always people you can go to! Basically people will start to look familiar and you can't be afraid to start a conversation with a random person- at the end of the day no one really knows anybody, and everyone just wants to make friends! You never know, you could be talking to your future sister !!
