I need more beginners heels classes I’m SA survivor and heels dance has been proven effective to help survivors reconnect with their body and sexuality and build confidence I’m studying to be a SANE nurse with a dual degree in social work so I can start a non profit for SA survivors and I want to incorporate this into therapy my goal is to learn myself and become an instructor so I can teach my people free of charge and it’s my absolute dream to take a brinn Nicole class the the person who taught me what heels is and what it’s about thank you for what you do

I inspired my school dance choreography off one of your Videos, im an utter beginner but i feel so alive dancing this way. I took Some of your dance moves, simplyfied them, added my own interpretation and some of my own moves, worked realy hard, put on a nice outfit and heels and got a B :D I still love these Videos and try to Imitate the dancemoves in a simplyfied version. I feel so Happy to find a beginner Video that has a achievable routine for me ❤️

Sí se puede bailar con estas coreografías, hay que practicar mucho pero es posible, en casa y según la privacidad que te guste puedes bailar para sentirte cómoda, no es fácil con tacones, pero es bonito lograrlo, desde youtube no sé cómo se les puede dar reconocimiento por su trabajo, lo que puedo hacer es recomendarlas porque desde la experiencia propia es muy diferente a solo verlo y decir me gusta, hay que poder levantarse y bailar para decir: es real.
