★ About this video ★
The SORTBY function was announced by Microsoft in September 2018 and is one of Excel’s new dynamic array functions. SORTBY makes use of the changes made to the calculation engine, enabling a single formula to spill calculations into multiple cells.
SORTBY allows us to sort a range or array based on the values in a corresponding range or array. Through 6 examples, you will learn how to master this new function.

Thank you for the good explanation. (Google translated) TIP > Use FILTER to show only which columns are relevant to see. Using FILTER () with {1,1,0,1} (english version) = FILTER (SORTBY (Table1, Table1 [SOLD], 1), {1 \ 1 \ 0 \ 1}) (English / Dutch version) Use FILTER to show only which columns are relevant. Select the entire table for Sortby () and filter for SOLD for example. Then use the FILTER (), as in the example. Language version can be different {1 \ 1 \ 0 \ 1} is in English version {1,1,0,1} (with comma). Result: (PRICE is not visible) EMPL SOLD TOTAL Jack 3 8,85 Belinda 3 7,56 Tom 4 11,96 Rack 4 10,56 Kevin 4 12,2 Suzie 7 19,25 Sally 8 25,44 David 9 22,68

Good video, in Example 5, can we use SORTBY after the result is fetched by FILTER to overcome the problem.
