a complete gem; last year in Feb I asked for my light codes to come in...I had no idea that light shines into the darkness..I had no clue of the trauma htat I had. It's been a hellish rollercoaster ride...the memories are horrifying...the rage and betrayal...I did get lucky to work with a Mexican female Shaman as well as a Detox guru both of which helped bring up those memories. A year later I'm still remembering and clearing and healing but also really now understanding who I truly am. This was a beauiful message as always

Hello, As you spoke of a change in eating… just today I noticed that it seems as if sea food is something I’m Able to start eating. Jumbo shrimp pasta came through the last 3 nights. Also some dairy and certain breads I have not eaten in years. Butter 🧈. I still am a healthy person, and what I consume will always be a culture for me… I just can tell that my body is in this season allowing me to eat heartier and be a bit less restrictive. Always listen to your own body. It will require more or less at different times in your journey. I’ve always said I was mostly plant based… because It gives me the room to make the edits I need when I need to make them.
