As the condos that will be constructed are a lot studios and one bedrooms. SOV will always be cater to larger families and families with older kids 8+. As for future development, there isn’t much land available in the area. So I foresee if the owners of SOV wanted to create more, it would most likely be a brand new development in another area. What concerns me about SOV is they let 100's of cars in for the restaurants who makes sure all those people are not wondering around the villa's or who watches each person leave? Can't be good for Security.
Thank you for your response James. Sante Fe has direct access from the public for parking. However there is 3 entry points that are guarded and you need an access key to get past that point into the rest of the project. The attraction of Sante Fe makes SOV more attractive for investors.
