Great video! I'm curious why the majority of boats in the marina are so affordable in an affluent area like Sotogrande. Do the wealthy individuals dock their yachts in Porto Banus instead?

Went to Sotogrande last year, it’s a very lovely well cared for immaculate place. But so many empty properties I got the impression it’s really mainly a summer holiday homes place for wealthy people. In winter I can imagine it’s empty if life and atmosphere.
I think your right Lee. Absolutely immaculate but I bet the vibe is different in the winter. Oh well I will visit it again in the winter months and have a look to see how it compares.
