22 is considered to be one of the first group of souls in human history. If you pay attention they say soul (billion number) when first introducing the souls. Making 22 one of the oldest souls…
I love 22 soooo much. She's difficult but because she's bright. She wants to know why all the hype for something as complex and basic as life. Then, she comes down to Earth and gets it. Every little thing is somehow a miracle. Success is just an illusion. A made-up concept. Nothing really matters, and at the same time, everything does. Spirituality and happiness isn't about the grandiose things, it's about seeing the greatness in everything, even the tiniest day to day situations. Man, I love this movie so much.
I'd like to imagine years later he comes across a kid and has the strangest feeling he knows them. They tell him their name but then say something like "but I like to go by 22. It just feels right.."
What is so fascinating about this movie is that the limitations of the great before is the very thing that kept 22 from feeling her spark, that’s why it was actually important that her soul entered Joe gardener’s body. Being in his body let her realize how well accustomed earth is to the five senses enabling her spark towards the little things, unlike in the great before, when she couldn’t taste pizza there. Sometimes it takes doing something out of the box or risky in order to find the solution to some things.
Jesus of Nazareth: I just endured false accusation and crucifixion… But you are one pain that I can’t handle [takes an earth pass, jumps back down to earth. Resurrection!]
I love this movie so much! Howard Gardener's Multiple Intelligences! But all the mentors were too narrow in their passions in life to teach her a love of life.
She has exactly my big brother personality. I have no idea why I can live somebody like her with the same house for more than 10 years. Nah, I want to get marry and start a new identity.
On 0:18, 22 looks like a pancake with a face. Also on part 0:33, 22 says "hellish." I saw the credits of the movie on DVD and on the additional dialouge material part in the credits, Tina Fey, 22's voice, came up with some of the dialouge for the movie. Same with Meredith Scardino. Both women would later work on the NBC show Mr. Mayor. I have a felling Fey had a say in the parts where 22 says "hellish planet" and "i washed your butt for you." And all the things 22 says to mock the "Archimedes" soul. And also the parts where 22 and Joe are looking at Joe's life and 22 mentions Binaca breath spray and Noir Rouge cheap cologne.
@@buddy9684 Look, buddy, my point is that I thought Tina Fey was amazing as 22. And that some of 22's dialouge was Fey's idea. What do you got against me voicing my opinion?
1:06 I dont think that's far off Mather Teresa, I come from same part of the world where she grew up (the Balkans) and let me tell you, Nuns are equally most nicest people and really strict. Maybe there are Catholics that are pissed about her representation, but I am also Catholic and I dont see any problem with this (since it is in spirit of how this s***hole of Balkans work)
Be warned anybody who sees this, don't go past the 6 minute mark or your ears will hate you. Seriously your outro OP is terrible! Why have a blaring song when the rest of the video is super quiet?!
