After so many months, I return to this game to at least finish off arcade mode with the rest of the characters. A bit rusty, but here is a run with Maxi in the Asian route.
What they did with Maxi in this game annoys me to this day. His new role as the teacher to the new generation could have and should have been so so interesting. This would’ve been the first game in the series where he wasn’t obsessed with revenge and the idea of a wiser, more chilled out Maxi who still retained his youth and acted as the cool dad to Leixia, Natsu and Xiba really got me hyped for this game. But no, he has one throwaway line in the story and gets his arse kicked by Patroklos (who had already fought his students). The man who killed Astaroth, survived an attack by the god of war and is generally one of the strongest fighters in his universe was beaten by Patroklos. Stuff like that really made me hate this game’s story.
Oh god when we used to play on my dads old Dreamcast in like 2006 and I was about 7, I thought Maxi was so cute I can't breathe I thought he was Elvis goodBYE
Maxi is so attractive :3 I couldn't help but lol at the part when after you knocked Natsu off the edge and you fell off right after, I've done that so many times xD
Maxi is my favorite character. The only downside is my friends all use long range people so getting close is kind of hard. If you can get inside though he is a force to be reckoned with.
every characters have a secondary outfit but they never use it the story mode is based on two forgettable and boring characters the difficulty is unbalance sometime too easy or too hard and the game have two arcade mode and quick match has no end there is no boobs whatsoever
I'm confused about xiba and natsu. Are they just replacements for kilik and taki? Same thing with lexia. Is she a replacement for xiangua or something?
Play all the games of Soul Calibur I do love my favorite characters especially the one with nunchucks and he goes by the name Maxi which is my favorite character I don't know why he is the age of 45 probably he got old just like the rest of them I feel sorry for everybody in the video game Of Soul Calibur 1 2 3 4 5 And 6.
