Yup, totally called Rose remedying the alignment/character archetype disconnect with an elaborate scenario in which her character can freely hit on Kanaya's since the moment I saw the tumblr post. Rose Lalesbionde, I don't know what that says about either of us, but I'll let it stand.
Meanwhile: John: "Jade, you can't cast arcane spells if you're a cleric!" Jade: "Why not? Davesprite casts arcane spells and he's a cleric." Davesprite: "Actually I'm a warlock." I loved everyone but as constructive criticism I think Terezi needed to have a bit more emotion specially since she is really into the game :) other than that, awesome job!
That is so relatable to me though... i feel you terezi... i lost my whole campaign except for two players and one of them kept trying to be op while he was just a lv 3 fighter...
This was extremely well produced! Good job! My favorite parts was Karkat's ad-libs to the mayor, the Mayor's small noises and claps, and the well-timed, well-chosen background music! Well done all around!
oh god i know im just rewatching this video, and we themed our dnd with homestuck. we called it homesick. so far we have a gun maniac who wants to die but *plot armor*, a depressed teen with mother issues, an idiot with impressive luck, a gym person with no real social life and somehow met her internet friends almost immediately, and a shield guy who has stuffed a baguette in his brother's throat
I'm sorry but while I love D&D (massive nerd) my favourite part of this was the ending when can town mayor put the snacks of Terezi's head and then clapped. He seemed so proud it makes me soo soo happy

Hang on but Terezi knows that luck doesnt matter, so doesnt that mean that she basically had an idea what EVERY DICE ROLL would be? doesnt that mean she could cheat her actions with the monsters she could play turns with during combat?
This is great and all but... HOW THE FUCK CAN TZ DRAW UP A CHARACTER SHEER FOR KARKAT IF SHE CAN'T EVEN DAMN SEE. These are the questions we need answers to people.
