I feel like the VL is our best second hero. Have him ride along with the named character of your dynasty or a big VLoZD to protect and help in combat and he will be cash. I use mine in Kastelai with rousing commander (double cash since it has no mount) and fragment of the keep along with prince vhordrai and they are a dreamteam

These two Models together are amazing in Avengorii lists.

Only vegorian lord , in avengorii or in kastelai . In legion of night or blood not too much ,i think mortachs are better than vegorian

They do have several synergies in Avengorii.

I think if your against these models u make sure they roll that dice. If they're in cc and the roll the dice they could not use cp, which is a huge loss, because they're already in cc n can't run n charge. On the plus they should still get monster abilities. Do u can roar or titanic fight. I dont really like the model, but I'm thinking it can be decent in Kastelai dynasty, with the pluses it can get for killing a unit. Also the vengorian lord has 10 wounds, so that works for the battalions, where as lauka vai is in a different category with more than 10. Just a thought, you didnt mention that.
