Hill Dance Academy Theatre’s Annual Spring Dance Concert is back on April 19-21, 2024, at the August Wilson African American Cultural Center in Downtown Pittsburgh. This year’s theme is Sustaining the Legacy & Creating Expressions Of Black History, Culture, and Tradition through Movement…Gospel Style. Founder, CEO, and Artistic Director of HDAT, Ayisha Morgan-Lee, spoke with WQED-FM’s Jim Cunningham about the concert, HDAT's 20th Anniversary celebration next year in 2025, and the expansion of Black Dance throughout the United States.
