He's probably had the Lambo for a while so that number is probably from when it was newer, the figures for the other cars are pretty believable. The 488 starts at like 250k but are still going for over sticker and can easily be optioned over 300k without a mark up. New Quattroportes can be had for up to like $160k new.
I'd say that Maserati is worth under $30k, today. It's pre facelift, and the old generation, so it's 2003-2008. Look on eBay and you'll find ones with 50k miles for under $20,000.

The whole reason why luxury cars depreciate faster than regular working class cars is because of the high cost of maintenance. Luxury cars often use parts that are only available from the dealer. As we all know, dealers can set whatever price they want to on those parts because they are the only ones that carry them. Hence why you can find Benz's that were worth 100k in 2000 that are now worth less than a Chevy of the same year. My 2000 Chevy Tahoe is worth more than a Benz lol
