Soulreaper Axe 500 invocation 3 down P2 Warden Core(ToA viability/DPS Comparisons in comments)(OSRS) 

I mean you’re not taking a tent into a lvl 500 and a voidwaker is basically half the price of the axe Edit: just seen the axe is now 230m so only 70m more than VW

You absolutely can take a tent into a 500 and if you're running sub 40 mins for money raids with dehydration tent into sgs spec is a strong option to 3 down and not die to chip damage during p2

@@razorn6247Yea I think tentacle whip with ultor/torva hits 270 which would need a godsword spec to 3 down. If a weapon hits 275 don’t need any extra specs with godsword. A lot of 4 tick weapons can be used just need an extra spec. It might be kinda difficult to get 3d if bad p1 start which I sometimes get

It’s 2nd bis for core(not including dharoks or dds) vardorvis it’s bis but chip damage can get you to really low hp sometimes. It’s bis on slayer monsters 2x2 and below(scythe is bis 3x3 and bigger on slash weak bosses)

I'm looking at dps calcs and dont think its updated with the new sceptres. Freezing bandos with the shadow is a 52.58% chance while the regular sceptre is 54.57%. I'm looking at ice sceptre on wiki and it says it increases effects by 10% with a extra 10% accuracy for ice spells. not sure if the sceptre gets 10% accuracy boost along with another 10% accuracy boost or it just gets 1 10% accuracy boost and is kinda like shadow. I'll try to find some info for how accurate it is compared to shadow Edit :regular non ice sceptre does have about 2% more accuracy than shadow

So I inputted some stats into the calc here and think I have the correct freeze % the extra 10% gets inputted in step 4 where salve is for the ancient ice sceptre. oldschool.runescape.wiki/w/Damage_per_second/Magic The equipment info uses the formula where accuracy roll is more than defense roll. 1- (25920+2) / (2(32218 +1) = 59.78% chance to freeze bandos with the ice ancient sceptre. (this is what I got which i think is right. i found this really interesting and just learned about this though so double checking could have a different calculation. I also am not perfect at math and this took like 10+ mins to calculate) Freeze chances for different mage gear are Shadow - 52.58% regular sceptre - 54.57% Kodai wand - 56.05% Ice ancient sceptre - 59.78%

Damage for each hit would be a little too low without ring/torva with axe. You can get a 3 down with rapier or voidwaker hitting 265 on core. You need 1 bgs or godsword spec to get enough damage to 3 down though

I specced on the last hit I think the axe is bugged though where if you have less than 100% regular spec energy it doesn’t spec. I was able to get spec on 1st and 2nd down but not 3rd

Oh yeah I see now. Someone else also pointed it out but didn't see their comment at the time. Do you know whether they fixed the issue or nah?

I’m not too sure it says being able to spec with axe got fixed on wiki but it might be bugged on the core since this video was made after the patch. I might test it out sometime to see don’t have axe anymore right now though

the axe heals the hp you lose. if you lose 40 hp it just heals 40 from the spec. With lightbearer dps would be a little too low with axe you need atleast a berserker ring to get 3 down. I think with lightbearer using rapier/voidwaker with a bgs spec would be really good for 3 down(need 1 bgs spec for 500s hitting 265-270 with rapier/voidwaker)

I have access to a couple of my fruends runelite web login. Sometimes i go on it just to ruin their tilemarkers, item outlines or just to do random mapart in bossrooms. Had my guy melleing with an archers ring for a week before he realised i swapped its tag kek

Looks like a bugged interaction with soulreaper axe spec and overly draining. He clicks orb and the game gave him a "You don't have enough power" bc his actual spec was 50%. Someone ought to let a jmod know, wont be me tho cba

How is that possible? Doesn’t tent whip hit 255 with that setup? I always had to spec with dds/bgs with rapier at 500s with lightbearer

It's BIS at vardorvis some mid game slayer monsters and more dps than voidwaker for core. You do need atleast a berserker ring(i) equipped to 3 down warden at 500 invo and cant use lightbearer. voidwaker with berserker ring or lightbearer needs a bgs/godsword spec to 3 down warden. Rapier is really good but still needs a godsword spec if 3 down with lightbearer. Rapier is really nice with ultor because you can go up to 540 invo without any bgs/specs and can get a 3 down It all depends if your running lower invos without overly draining I'd bring voidwaker/rapier instead but for 500s would bring axe if i didn't have rapier.

It’s slightly less dps than scythe with 5 stacks I’ll calc it tomorrow but it was around .5-1 dps less and a little lower for 0 stacks. It’s still pretty good dps in the raid if not using scythe though. I think chip damage might make runs a little difficult I’ve done a few tob runs(3 runs I think so might be bad example) and feel like the stack damage might lower dps a lot from healing/losing stacks. I suck at tob though so not sure

Axe is more than 1 dps lower at every boss fully stacked and about 2 dps lower at 0 stacks. Fang/blade of saeldor on tob bosses would be more dps
